A Christmas Carol, St Mary's St

Date: 2003 Description: St Mary's street in Shrewsbury became a scene for a funeral procession in the 1984 Clive Donner film, 'A Christmas Carol'. The street needed little transformation except a dusting of snow.The famous ghostly tale is well set in Shrewsbury, as the town has many local ghost tales and haunted places.
