Ludlow Castle

Ludlow Castle

Description: This watercolour was painted by Rev. Williams on 31st August 1790. Ludlow Castle was built around 1085 by Roger de Lacy. During the 15th century, the castle became the seat of the Lords President of Wales and their Court of the Marches.
